One block from Bryant-Denny Stadium, Crimson & Check was designed for a community where University of Alabama pride isn't just a feeling — it's a way of life. The university's signature crimson runs through every space with intention, while the patterns Alabama is known for — houndstooth and plaid — are reimagined in fresh, unexpected ways, echoed in custom flooring, textiles, and finishes that feel both rooted in tradition and completely of the moment.

The scale of the project matches the energy of the community it serves. Two full clubhouse spaces, a fitness center, makers spaces, multiple study rooms, a twitch room, wellness center, and more give residents every reason to stay, gather, and thrive. Fun without being frivolous, sophisticated without being stiff — Crimson & Check is a place that knows exactly who it's for.
