Winter Garden has a story worth telling — from the citrus groves and tomato farms that shaped its roots, to the historic train station that once connected it to the wider world. Sandhill & Grove was designed to honor that legacy while embracing the bold, modern energy of the community it serves today. Deep reds drawn from the region's agricultural past, rich teals, and confident color drenching give the spaces a character that feels anything but ordinary.

At the heart of the project is a custom-designed mural that weaves together the threads of Winter Garden's history — the iconic train station, the native sandhill cranes with their distinctive red crowns, the heritage citrus groves, and the artful geometry of the city's beloved storm drains. It's a love letter to place, rendered in a space that's as livable as it is layered.
